Home-Made Granola

I start my day every morning with the same routine. Practicing yoga and afterwords preparing my breakfast. I consider my breakfast as the most important meal of the day. I love to take the time to prepare my oat meals in an Ayurvedic way – warm and cooked. But this time I tried something new. I think it´s important that we start to think more about the ingredients of prepared food. Especially oat meals contain a lot of sugar normally. Thats why I love to prepare my own meals. And here I show a very simple and easy way how you can prepare breakfast for one week in less then 30 min.

My Recipe

·      3 cups oat flakes
·      1 cup seeds (sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, basil seeds, chia seeds)
·      1/2 cup coconut flakes
·      Big spoon honey
·      2 spoons coconut sugar
·      1 spoon turmeric
·      1 spoon cinnamon
·      Pinch of salt
·      1/4 cup coconut oil
·      1 large spoon olive oil


> Mix everything in one bowl
> Oven  on 180 C circulating air
> Spread out everything on a baking tray
> Bake for 20 minutes
> At the end add the dried fruits (e.g. raisins, cranberries)
